Ipoh is located in between Penang and Kuala Lumpur. It is a gateway to the Cameron Highlands. It is surrounded by mountains and hills. Thus, limestone caves are well know natural attractions that most of the travelers visited. Ipoh is also well known for its cuisine especially its Bean Sprouts Chicken, street foods, desserts and pomelo. In recent years, Ipoh's popularity as a tourist destination has been significantly boosted by efforts to conserve its British Colonial -era architecture.
